The City of Ottawa is undertaking an environmental assessment (EA) study to identify a recommended plan for improving multi-use (pedestrian/cycling) linkages over the Rideau Canal between the Pretoria and Bank Street bridges (commonly referred to as the Midtown Footbridge). At this open house, members of the public will have the opportunity to review the evaluation of alternative design concepts, review and comment on the preliminary Recommended Plan for the crossing, and ask questions and discuss the project with members of the study team.
