Climate Resiliency Community Dialogue - Old Ottawa East

Join us in person on Friday, May 12th from 7pm to 9pm at Old Town Hall, 61 Main Street, for a Climate Resiliency Community Dialogue.

Learn more about climate impacts and risks and to discuss climate resiliency and community preparedness!

  • How has climate change affected you and your community?
  • What concerns do you have about climate impacts?
  • What do you think communities and The City should do to prepare residents for coming impacts like extreme weather events, extreme heat and flooding?

Event organized by CAFES (Community Associations for Environmental Sustainability) and SLOE (Sustainable Living Ottawa East, the Environment Committee of the Old Ottawa East Community Association).

Insights gained from these discussions will help the City of Ottawa’s Climate Change and Resiliency Unit in the creation of Ottawa’s Climate Resiliency Strategy.
