Join the OOECA board and guests in person or online for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Everyone is welcome to attend.
AGM location, pre-AGM registration, post-AGM social
Our AGM will take place at Atelier Innovation (95 Clegg Street, Ottawa ON K1S 4M3) and will also be broadcast online (online meeting details to follow).
Prior to the AGM start, we invite attendees who are not already members of OOECA to register as a member ($5 yearly fee). We invite everyone to join us after the AGM for a social gathering.
AGM activities – Tentative start times
- Registration: 6:15pm
- AGM: 7:00pm-9:00pm
- Social: 9:00pm-10:30pm
