Main, Greystone, Lees report: 2025-06-10

– the drilling of bore holes at the convent site continues; on some days work lasts from 7 am to 7 pm. Work at that site is expected to be completed by mid June

– numerous cement mixers continue to pour cement into the excavation of Regional’s building sites to the east and south of the Deschatelets building

– barBurrito had an soft opening on May 26

– excavation work on the Sula Wok extension is near completion; the  tariffs forced some changes in the sourcing of steel

– the new 8 unit rental building at 152 Springhurst is advertising for occupants

– the new dock near Springhurst Park continues to look lonely and unused
