Annual General Meeting (AGM)

OOECA’s AGM is a yearly meeting between our board and members to present our annual board report, review financial statements, address resolutions, elect or remove board directors, and vote on organizational issues. Our AGM typically takes place on the 2nd Tuesday in November. Everyone is welcome to attend in person or online.
