2. Introductory presentation on why OOECA needs new bylaws and overview of changes
3. Adoption of new bylaws
4. Amendments to new bylaws based on submissions in advance of the meeting and new amendments proposed from the floor
5. Adjournment of Special General Meeting

Note

The SGM will be followed by a brief board meeting open to all members, then refreshments.

1. Appoint officers, including board chair person
2. Establish committees
3. Appoint committee chairs
4. Set day of regular monthly meeting
   • 2nd Tuesday of each month, except July and August and when 2nd Tuesday of November falls on November 11
